Info Ticket refund of cancellations due to Novel Coronavirus　(Covid-19)

The Ghibli Museum, Mitaka, is open as usual during the WHO declared public health emergency of international concerns.
In light of the increasing risk of the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, we will offer a refund to ticket holders who are unable to visit us from January 22nd to February 29th, 2020. Please safeguard your January 22nd to February 29th, 2020 reservation tickets. Lost tickets will not be replaced nor refunded.

Refund Method

  • Only reserved tickets dated January 22nd ~ February 29th, 2020 are eligible for a refund.
  • Unused tickets must be presented for refund. Please understand that it may take some time to confirm the purchase and process the refund transaction.
  • We will only offer a full refund and not a replacement booking as announced previously on January 29th.

February 15th ～ 25th, 2020 (Tickets reserved for February 1st ~ February 29th)
Please contact the travel agent who issued the coupons. All refund transactions must be completed by the travel agent's end of business day in the local time of each REFUND PERIOD. Refund will not be permitted past the above refund period.
